When you submit an enquiry, Wildflower Tribe stores your name, contact number, preferred travel date, guest count, selected trip, preferences, consent and enquiry source. We use these details to respond, discuss your trip and manage the enquiry. Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or sensitive information in the form.

Enquiries are stored on our hosting provider’s infrastructure and are accessible through an owner-restricted dashboard. We also store a hashed network identifier and a short-lived submission counter to help limit spam. Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and booking administration until it is no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to any necessary recordkeeping.

Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” shares the message with WhatsApp when you open it; you can review it before sending. WhatsApp and Instagram apply their own privacy policies. Google Fonts may receive your network information when fonts load. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or marketing analytics.

Booking information

A website enquiry is not a reservation or payment confirmation. Transport is included in the ₹4,100 package. Pickup and drop-off points, timings, dates, room or tent type, sharing, activity availability, price, full inclusions and cancellation terms must be confirmed directly with our team before payment. No online payment is collected on this website.
